Obviously this is dependent on how often you use your boots and other leathers.  If you are a rancher, farmer, motorcyclist, logger or anyone else who uses boots on a daily basis, your usage will be far greater than the "week-end user" who uses their boots less often.  You will be the best judge as to how often to re-apply CBG.  With tough daily usage of treated boots and gloves, you should probably expect to re-apply about once a month.  Application frequency will vary if your need is conditioning during drier months or waterproofing in wet weather.

No!  There are no animal parts or oils used in ANY of our products!  CBG contains Beeswax, Mineral Oil and a light grease in order to make it into a paste.  ManzHanz contains Beeswax, Mineral Oil and Grapefruit Seed Extract.  An Intense Almond Oil is added to the Honey Almond ManzHanz.

Colorado Boot Grease is manufactured with components that penetrate the leather rather than coating the surface.  This means that the leather, and all stitching, will absorb the conditioning effects of CBG.  Since the leather is not sealed with a "coating", the leather will breath as normal.

All of these products are made in Dolores, Colorado in the beautiful Four Corners area of the USA.  It is manufactured, tested and sold in Colorado.  Hence the name.

I would love to tell you that I have tested both of these products on every single type of cloth in the world -- but I can't say that.  Please test first.  I do know that when you treat a saddle with CBG according to the directions, you do not get a greasy seat of the pants on your jeans.

You have applied too much.  A little bit goes a long way!  As you have found, it will still absorb into your skin but next time use less.

I have never had a complaint about that registered with me!  I have heard one lady tell me that it improved the hardness of her nails, a fact for which she was pleased.  While I do not proclaim any such value of ManzHanz, you too may find unknown benefits.
